This cornbread bird is sitting on a nest near water. Fish swim beneath her drawn on cloth by me and attatched to a sturdy cardboard ring which has been covered with cloth,plastic veggie wrap,and art paper.The basic form was create from a yellow self-rising corn meal mix bag. The bird is lined with drawings of fish and leaves . Flowers made from various recycle motifs and other little folk art flowers encircle her. Plastic landscape thread has been crochet and added to the rim of the bag by hand stitching. There is a lot more to her but that gives you an idea.
